There are just too few ways to eat an egg, am I right? You can crack it in a pan to fry it up and…that’s pretty much it.
So how fortunate we are to have a brand new egg trend on the horizon, because we definitely needed it.
Introducing cloud eggs, a technique where you whisk the egg whites until they become fluffy and then cook them to form a cloud-like pillow for the egg yolk.
This instructional video is from over a year ago, but gloom eggs have just been come into the spotlight lately, attaining the rounds of Twitter and Instagram.

We suppose it’s about that time to ask that one question we request of every single new tendency: Is this necessary?
After all, eggs are eggs are eggs. And in cases where you didn’t pick up on our irony at the beginning, there are already a billion different ways to eat them. Do “weve been” need a different way, especially one that takes so much work?
Or here’s an idea that we don’t like speak about: Are we just doing this for the pics?
#CloudEggs are overrated I’d rather have an omelette.

Whatever the case is we hope you enjoy your eggs, whether they are cloudy or just plain scrambled.
